What is BizTek?
BizTek is an AI-powered, offline-first field-service management app for small technician businesses — Wi-Fi, CCTV, electrical, fiber, IT, and general maintenance crews. It brings jobs, customers, GPS-stamped photos, inventory, billing, and AI-generated service reports into a single app built for working in the field.
Who is it for?
Independent technicians and small field-service teams who need to schedule work, document it with proof, bill customers, and keep records — without a desktop, a complicated CRM, or a stack of paper. It's designed especially for small businesses in Southeast Asia, with English and Filipino at launch.
Does it really work offline?
Yes — BizTek is offline-first. Your data lives on your device first, so you can create and edit jobs, capture photos, scan inventory, and write invoices with no connection at all. When you're back online, everything syncs to the cloud automatically in the background.
How does syncing work across my team?
When you set up a business and invite technicians, your jobs, customers, and documents are shared securely across the team. Each person's changes sync up to the cloud and down to everyone else, so the whole crew stays on the same page. An outbox queue makes sure nothing you do offline is ever lost.
What are the AI service reports?
After a job, BizTek can turn your rough notes and photos into a clean, professional service report — written for you and exported as a branded PDF you can hand to the customer on the spot. The AI produces a draft; you stay in control and can review and edit it before sending.
What are GPS-stamped photos, and what is VerifEye?
BizTek can capture before / during / after photos that are stamped with the exact location, address, and time they were taken — airtight proof of the work you did. This capture runs through VerifEye, a companion camera app. When BizTek needs a stamped photo it hands off to VerifEye, you take the shot, and it comes back attached to the job. If VerifEye isn't installed, BizTek will prompt you to get it.
Can I manage inventory and parts?
Yes. Track your stock, scan barcodes to find items fast, and assign parts directly to a job so the materials you used flow straight onto the invoice.
Can I send quotes and invoices?
Absolutely. Build quotes, convert them into invoices, and record payments. Billing documents are generated as branded PDFs carrying your business profile, ready to send to the customer.
What languages does BizTek support?
BizTek launches in English and Filipino. The app follows your device language where supported.
Which devices are supported?
BizTek runs on iPhone (iOS) and Android phones. It's coming soon to the App Store and Google Play — check back, or email us to hear when it's live.
How much does it cost?
Pricing will be announced at launch. Some features may be free, with paid plans for teams and advanced capabilities. Any paid plan and its terms will always be shown clearly before you buy.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted so you only ever reach data belonging to your own business, and passwords are stored hashed. We don't sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from Settings → Account in the app, or by emailing support@wartle.app. We complete verified deletions within 30 days. Full details are on the Support page.
